Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time

Go to Plans and choose Cancel subscription. You keep full access until your renewal day, then your account moves to Free. You won't be charged again. You can undo the cancellation before that day.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and EU consumer rules, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund — as long as you haven't started streaming a Plus or Master film.

At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends once you start streaming a subscriber film. Watching trailers or films labelled All doesn't affect it.

To withdraw, use Withdraw & get a full refund on the Plans page (shown while it applies), or email us a clear statement at thenordicfilms@gmail.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, usually much sooner.

Other refunds

• After the withdrawal period, payments for months already started aren't refunded — cancelling stops future charges.
• If you were charged by mistake, or the service didn't work as promised, contact us and we'll make it right as consumer law requires.
• If your account is terminated for breaking the Terms, your subscription ends immediately without a refund for the current month.

Price changes

We'll notify you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
