Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and Nordic Films, Sweden ("we"), when you use NF Play. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them. Contact: thenordicfilms@gmail.com.

1. The service

NF Play streams films for personal, non-commercial viewing. Films are labelled All, Plus or Master. Free accounts can watch films labelled All; Plus includes All and Plus; Master includes everything. The catalogue can change over time, and films may be scheduled, temporarily locked or removed.

2. Account

You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's permission, and give accurate details. Keep your login private — you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Plus and Master are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month on the same day until cancelled.
• The price shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable, is what you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal after that. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• Discount codes apply to the first month only, unless stated otherwise, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry it. If it still fails, your subscription ends and your account moves to Free.
• Upgrading charges the difference for the rest of the current month immediately; downgrading gives credit toward your next payment.

4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel any time on the Plans page. Access continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is described in Cancellation & refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publicly show films, share your account outside your household, bypass protections, or misuse the service. All films are protected by copyright.

6. Suspension and termination

If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may terminate your account. When an account is terminated, any subscription is cancelled immediately and access ends. Because termination follows a breach, the unused part of the current month is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise. You can contact us if you believe this was a mistake.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep NF Play running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law. We're not liable for indirect losses except where caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at thenordicfilms@gmail.com. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Swedish law applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
